Meet the Team

At Kim Kare we have the owner and founder of our favorite place Kim Kare miss Kimberly Berrios. We then have her lovely mother Ms.Ortiz as Kim Kare helper and licensed substitute. Everyone at Kim Kare is CPR certified, MAT Certified and trained professionals with plenty of experience and references.

meet Ms.Kim

I am a loving teacher and founder of Kim Kare. I have a degree in Childcare as well as eight plus years of experience working with children ages infants to 12 years old. I worked as a teacher in centers and within a home daycare. I also have experience as a assistant director while working in a daycare in the city. I have plenty of references and experience and still young enough to be driven by teaching the young ones and being proactive.

miss Margarita

Hello i am ms.margarita. while raising my two children and working on the field in a HR office I gained plenty of lifetime experience. I also worked in a daycare in tarrytown building more experience everyday. I then join the Kim Kare team here in Connecticut seeing the little one grow and turn into independent beings. I am a licensed substitute, mother, grandmother and plenty of more hats i wear everyday while working at Kim Kare.

KIM KARE CLASSES

At Kim Kare we have classes evreryday to spice up the week. As we have fun learning new things everyday within the week.

MONDAY: YOGA
TUESDAY: ASL Class
WEDNESDAY: Spanish Class
THURSDAY: Music and Movement
FRIDAY: Free play Friyay!

we also have circle time every morning learning the alphabet, numbers 1-10, colors, shapes, days of the week, months of the year, name recognition, songs and we get to read one fabulous book once a day during our fun circle time. As we get ready for school. Before circle time we have independent reading plus potty training. we even have some preschool hour with toys, tablets and workbooks. We are always getting the little ones ready for school age.

KIM KARE SCHUDULE

8:00-9:00 am: free play

9:00-9:30 am: music and movement

9:30-10:00 am: Morning Snack

10:00-10:30 am: Circle Time

10:30-11:00 am: blocks/legos

11:00-11:30: recess

11:30-12 pm: lunch

12:00-1:00 pm: independent reading / table toys

1:00-3:00 pm: NAP

3:00-3:30 pm: potty time/clean up

3:30-4:00 pm: afternoon Snack time

4:00-4:30 pm: table toys pick up
